The route
A path climbs from the youth hostel track onto the tor, with a loop down past the burial chambers to the coast path.
Worth knowing
- Two Neolithic burial chambers sit on the northern slope and are easy to walk past.
- American forces used the hill as a lookout in the Second World War and the concrete bases remain.
- Small hill, big view. Ramsey Island, the Preselis and on a good day Ireland.
