The route
Follow the promenade in either direction from Blackpill. Flat and surfaced throughout.
Worth knowing
- Blackpill’s mudflats are a protected site for waders; the falling tide is when to look.
- The lido is a paddling pool rather than a swimming one and is popular with families.
- The promenade runs all the way from Swansea to Mumbles.
