The route
From the promenade, climb the headland and follow the paths round the top before returning. Steep in places with rough ground.
Worth knowing
- Grey seals haul out in Angel Bay below and are usually visible from the clifftop.
- The quarry face holds fulmars, cormorants and sometimes peregrines.
- Far quieter than the Great Orme across the bay.

Background
The Little Orme was quarried for limestone until 1931, and the flat area below the cliffs is the old quarry floor.
