The route
A path climbs steeply from the café to the lip of the falls and returns by the same route or a loop onto the moor edge. Short but sharp.
Worth knowing
- The path to the top is steep, rocky and exposed in places. The view from the bottom is free and easier.

Background
Pistyll Rhaeadr was named one of the seven wonders of Wales in an eighteenth-century rhyme, and is the only waterfall on the list.
