The route
Follow the valley track from Parkmill past the burial chamber and loop back through the woods. Easy going on good tracks.
Worth knowing
- Parc le Breos burial chamber is around 5,800 years old and held the remains of at least forty people.
- Cathole Cave above the valley produced Ice Age animal bones and a rock engraving.
- The valley is dry because the stream sinks into the limestone upstream.
