The route
Follow the coastal path in either direction from any of the car parks. Flat and surfaced throughout, so distance is up to you.
Worth knowing
- One of the longest fully accessible walks in Wales.

- The estuary at low tide holds large numbers of waders.

Background
The park was created in the 1990s on the site of steelworks, tinplate works and docks, transforming fourteen miles of derelict shore.
