The route
The Way climbs west out of Knighton over Bailey Hill and crosses farmland and open hill to Llangunllo. Both ends have stations on the Heart of Wales line.
Worth knowing
- Both Knighton and Llangunllo are on the Heart of Wales railway, so this works one way with the train back.
- The trains are infrequent; check before setting out or you will have a long wait.
- Waymarked throughout but the ground is farmland with many stiles.
