The route
The coast path runs east from Dunraven past Cwm Nash to Nash Point. Clifftop throughout with no fences.
Worth knowing
- Nash Point lighthouse is open on some days and the foghorn is sounded occasionally.
- The cliffs are undercut and actively eroding. Stay well back from the edge.
- Cwm Nash on the way is a wooded valley with a waterfall onto the beach.

Background
Nash Point’s two lighthouses were built in 1832 after a passenger steamer was wrecked on the sands with heavy loss of life.
