The route
Climb the valley from the cove through the woods, returning by the coast path over the cliffs. Steep on both.
Worth knowing
- Cwm Soden is a National Trust valley with old mill leats and a good bird population.
- Seals pup in the coves either side in autumn; watch from the clifftop.
- The limekiln at the cove is well preserved.
