The route
A track climbs from the farm to Llyn Cwm Llwch, then a steep path gains the ridge between Corn Du and Pen y Fan. return by the outward path.
Worth knowing
- Quieter by a long way than Pont ar Daf, and a better walk.
- The final pull to the ridge is steep and loose in places.
- Llyn Cwm Llwch alone makes a good shorter walk if the tops are in cloud.
