The route
The coast path runs north-east from the harbour along low cliffs to Llanon. Easier than the cliff sections further south.
Worth knowing
- The strip fields at Llanon are a rare survival of the medieval open field system.
- Easier underfoot than the New Quay to Llangrannog stretch, which is relentless.
- The bus runs along the A487 for the return.
