The route
From the car park, drop to the beach and return by the lily pond causeways. Short and easy with some steps.
Worth knowing
- The lilies flower from June into August and cover the water completely.
- Otters live on the ponds and are occasionally seen at first light.
- Church Rock offshore is the landmark; it is not reachable on foot.
