The route
Follow the coast path south from Borth up onto the cliffs, continuing as far as Wallog or on towards Clarach. Steep and continuous climbing at the start.
Worth knowing
- Sarn Cynfelyn, the shingle ridge at Wallog, runs several miles out to sea and is a glacial moraine, not a road to a drowned kingdom.
- Borth has a station, so the walk can be done one way with the train back.
- The cliff path is unfenced and the drops are real.
