The route
Follow the coast path east from Aberporth over the headland to Tresaith, you return by the outward path or along the beach at low tide.
Worth knowing
- The Afon Saith falls directly onto Tresaith beach, which is unusual and worth timing for.
- Dolphins are regularly seen from the headland between the two.
- The coast path here is undulating with steps at both ends.
